Not to worry! The good news is that our drivers clean and inspect the car after every trip, so the chances of them finding your item before you notice it is gone are high!
If your driver finds your lost item and it has been less than 10 minutes since your ride ended, they will give you a call. At the same time, we encourage you to reach back out to your driver once you realize you've left something and if it's been less than 10 minutes. If you are able to connect with your driver, please work to arrange a pickup time and location.
If it has been more than 10 minutes, please email us at support@ridealto.com with the following:
- A contact number where we can reach you
- A detailed description of the item that was lost and when you lost it
We will then get back to you to find the most efficient way to return your lost item to you.
