This may be happening for a few reasons:
You are currently outside our service area
Our current service area is limited to certain portions of Dallas, including DFW and Love Field airports. The specific service area can be viewed at ridealto.com/coverage-area. If you are outside of our service area, you cannot request an Alto vehicle (however, if you are picked up within the service area, you may travel outside of it). We are working hard to expand our service area and are eager to serve your area! If you have a request for where we should go next, please tell us at support@ridealto.com.
Your credit card cannot be processed and needs to be updated
If your credit card is expired, please visit the "Payments" section of the mobile app by swiping left from the home screen (the "Where to" screen) or clicking the profile icon in the bottom left hand corner of the home screen. In the payments section, you have the ability to add, edit, or remove a method of payment.
We do not have any available drivers at the moment
We are a small, growing company, and sometimes experience growing pains! During periods of high demand, there may be a time when we are at capacity. If this happens, please check back in a few minutes to see if a car is available, or call us at 1-888-307-0174 to let us know about your issue and to get an update on when we might be able to accommodate your request.
