Our driver vetting process is extremely selective. After all, we are hiring W-2 employees to be apart of our team, not using contract workers like our competitors. We interview each driver in person and conduct two background checks: a fingerprint background check and a name-based check. All drivers then undergo a drug test followed by 3 full days of rigorous training. They have to train both on driving safely and customer service to be able to drive our customers. Each driver is monitored in real-time while on the road and performance-managed.
